This morning we are riding to Mindat via Pakokku. We should leave from Mandalay around 7 Am as this is going to be long riding day. The rout is paved and full with scenic beauty along the way. We will have lunch in Pakokku. And after we continue to Mindat. You will arrive to Mindat in the late afternoon. Check in at hotel and take a rest after long journey.

After breakfast, check the motorbikes and then we continue our journey to Kanpetlet Town. On the way, before Aye Camp, we can visit to Ayemoon village where you can see more older ladies with facial tattoo. Then continue to Mt. Victoria which is the highest peak in the Chin Hills and one of the highest in Western Myanmar. If time permitting, we could make some stops on the way to visit some of the villages before arrival to base camp of Mt. Victoria – Htat Swi and nearby, just few hundred meters off the main road through the national park, those villages are located along the trail winding around the slopes of big mountains, providing the view of far away Yaw planes in the east. After that we continue in the direction to summit of Mt. Victoria. You have to walk about 300 miters to reach to summit as we are not officially allowed to ride all the way to the summit. Another way (and more green one -)) is to leave the bikes at the base camp and trek up to the top for about 1,5 hours – but be prepared that most of the way lies along the wide dirt road, only few sections of old trekking trail have remained intact. Still great to find yourself in a rare rhododendron forest at 3000 meters above sea level.

After breakfast, drive to Chauk to see old teak wood monastery (time permitting) and what is unofficially known as Texas of Myanmar where Americans started oil pumping over 100 years ago. After checking in to hotel in Bagan. Explore this world heritage site of thousands of temples by e-bike or mountain bikes.

On our last day we start heading to Mandalay via an old road passing through a serene landscape of paddies and quaint villages. Driving on the roads is pleasant and there is only light traffic here.
En-route we have the possibility to do a little loop to visit Mt. Popa, an extinct volcano that majestically rises 1500 meters up from the surrounding plains. Mt. Popa is the most important centre for Nat spirit worship in Myanmar. From here you have a chance to admire the surrounding views before starting the last leg to Bagan.
Once we reach Mandalay in the late afternoon, we will have an ending brief and say our farewells to all the crew members.
